Orchard Dental provide outstanding care to both private and NHS patients in Wirral. However, their outdated website didn’t reflect their professional services and was hard for clients to navigate. These navigational issues caused their conversion rate to suffer, as potential clients were unable to locate the information that they needed. Orchard Dental approached us in need of a website redesign that prioritised user experience.

Our Web Design Approach

When redesigning their website, we simplified their menu system in order to make navigation much easier for their current and potential clients. We also created a new and improved homepage that placed important information such as opening hours, emergency number, and booking close to the fold so that clients wouldn’t have to waste time hunting out what they needed. In order to give their layout a clean and crisp look, we utilised white space to ensure that clients were not overwhelmed with messy organisation. While their existing content was informative, it wasn’t SEO friendly, so during migration with combined shorter pages to enrich the content.


